Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping to the contiguous United States is $7.99 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses is $15.99 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order ship? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday–Friday, are processed starting the same day; orders placed later, on weekends, or on US federal holidays are processed starting the next business day.
How long does delivery take? After shipping, transit takes 2–5 business days within the contiguous United States and 4–9 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. In total, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days (5–11 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
Will I get a tracking number? Yes. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? No. We provide a prepaid return shipping label, and there is no restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund? We issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive your return. Your bank may take a few additional days to show it.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Is my payment information secure? Checkout is protected by SSL encryption, and card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
